The best Google Local Services Ads agency depends on your size and trade. DG Agency fits $1M+ roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies that want the founder on the account. Scorpion and RYNO fit multi-location brands. Footbridge Media fits smaller shops. Hook Agency, Rival Digital, Sequoia GEO, Real Time Marketing, and LeadsNearby are also worth a look.
Full disclosure before you read any further. I'm Daniel Gonzalez, I run DG Agency, and DG is on this list. So I held myself to one rule while writing it. Every fact about another agency comes from that agency's own website or a press release, checked in September 2026. If an agency doesn't publish a price, the table says "not published" instead of me guessing. And I say plainly where DG is the wrong pick.

DG Agency
DG Agency is an LSA and local SEO shop for home service contractors doing $1M or more a year, mostly roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. It's based in Canyon Lake, California, works with contractors nationwide, remotely, and I'm on every account personally. LSA is most of what we do. We review every lead that comes through the account, rate the junk through Google's lead feedback, and track which leads Google credits back on its own so you know what you actually paid for. We watch answer rate just as closely, because Google says missed calls can hurt your ranking. Retainers start at $5,000 a month, month-to-month, and that covers LSA plus Google Business Profile, reviews, and speed-to-lead. The work comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. The honest tradeoff is size. DG is a small team, so if you want a big bench of specialists or a custom software dashboard, a larger agency is the better fit. Best fit: a $1M+ owner who wants to text the person running the account.
Scorpion
Scorpion is a large marketing technology company headquartered in Lehi, Utah. It serves home service trades like electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, pest control, and landscaping, and it also works with legal, medical, and franchise brands. LSA management is a named service. Scorpion says it manages your LSA profile, reviews, response time, photos, and service area, helps with disputes, and uses call tracking to show which calls turned into jobs. In 2021 Scorpion announced it was the first fully managed marketing technology partner to integrate with Google's LSA booking feature. Its home services page calls it Google's largest LSA provider. Pricing isn't published. Scorpion's own FAQ says its marketing technology typically runs on a 12-month contract, while ad management like LSA is typically month-to-month. Best fit: a multi-location or franchise operator who wants LSA managed inside one large technology platform and has the budget for a company that size.
RYNO Strategic Solutions (formerly Blue Corona)
If you've been comparing Blue Corona, know that it merged with RYNO Strategic Solutions effective October 1, 2024. The combined company runs under the RYNO name, and the merger was announced from Phoenix. RYNO serves residential contractors in the US and Canada across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage doors, restoration, solar, and pest control. Blue Corona's LSA page covers the whole job, from walking your team through Google's application to setup, bid strategy, reporting, and disputing non-leads. It lists 28 LSA service categories. RYNO's reporting platform, RYNOtrax2.0, connects to ServiceTitan and more than 30 ad platforms to follow leads from search to sale. Pricing isn't published. RYNO is owned by EverService Holdings, a Sunstone Partners portfolio company. Best fit: a larger ServiceTitan shop or multi-location operator that wants LSA run next to SEO, paid search, and CSR coaching by one big team.
Hook Agency
Hook Agency is a Minneapolis contractor marketing agency founded by Tim Brown. Its about page describes a team of 30-plus people focused on roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and says the agency ranked #1959 on the Inc. 5000. Hook has LSA management pages for several trades. The roofing version covers setup, service areas, choosing the most profitable job types, seasonal adjustments, and tracking leads down to job type and location. Hook also gives away a free three-part LSA video course, which is handy if you'd rather run LSA yourself. Hook publishes more pricing than most agencies here, with pay-per-click starting at $2,000 a month and local SEO at $2,800 a month. It doesn't list a standalone LSA price. The roofing LSA page says Hook is usually the best fit for growth-mode contractors over $2M. Best fit: a roofer or HVAC company that wants LSA folded into a bigger SEO and ads program from a well-known brand.
Rival Digital
Rival Digital is a home services marketing agency. Its core trades are HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and it also works with garage door, roofing, pest control, irrigation, and restoration companies. The LSA service covers profile optimization, dispute management, lead verification, and budget strategy. Rival doesn't publish pricing, and its LSA page explains that costs swing with your trade, local competition, and location. Best fit: an HVAC, plumbing, or electrical company that wants LSA handled by a trade-focused team with web design and PR under the same roof.
Sequoia GEO
Sequoia GEO is based in Sanger, California, near Fresno, and takes clients nationwide. Founder Aaron Husak says he ran Balanced Comfort Heating & Air for more than a decade, grew it to over 130 employees, and made the Inc. 5000 four years in a row. Its LSA management covers lead disputes, service area tuning, weekly budget adjustments, review velocity, profile health monitoring, and tracking cost per booked job instead of cost per lead. The LSA page names who it's built for, like HVAC contractors spending $3,000 or more a month on LSA without clear cost-per-job numbers, and companies with suspended LSA profiles. Pricing and contract terms aren't published. Engagements start with what Sequoia calls a Full Picture Audit. Best fit: an HVAC, plumbing, or roofing owner who wants an agency run by someone who has sat in the owner's chair, especially in the Central Valley.
Real Time Marketing
Real Time Marketing is based in Bradenton, Florida, and serves plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, electricians, landscapers, tree services, pest control, solar, and septic companies, plus some businesses outside the trades. Its LSA program has five parts: verification and documentation prep, profile work, bidding and radius strategy, response protocol and team training, and active lead management. The training piece is the interesting one. Google counts how fast you respond, so an agency that coaches whoever answers your phone is working on a real ranking factor. The LSA page cites Speedy Rooter Plumbing growing from 212 to 1,342 calls a year over five years, and the agency says it ties marketing spend to closed invoices. It describes itself as a Google Partner. Pricing isn't published and gets handled on a consultation call. Best fit: a contractor whose LSA problem lives partly on the phone side and not only in the ad account.
Footbridge Media
Footbridge Media is based in Pensacola, Florida, and has been marketing contractors and home service companies since 2004. Its site no longer lists a standalone LSA management price, so ask for one. Google ad spend is billed separately. Footbridge's LSA work has covered ongoing account review, lead quality checks, lead status updates, and bid strategy. It works with more than 40 LSA-eligible trades, including roofers, plumbers, HVAC, electricians, painters, landscapers, and general contractors. Expect someone keeping the account in good shape, not a strategist digging through your numbers every week. For a lot of shops that's a fair trade. Best fit: a smaller contractor, or a bigger one with a sharp office manager, who wants the LSA account kept clean and the bids sensible without paying for a full agency retainer.
LeadsNearby
LeadsNearby is based in Cary, North Carolina, and works with home service contractors. Its client list leans HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and it also serves garage door, commercial HVACR, fire protection, and concrete and foundation companies. Its LSA management covers keeping your business information accurate, choosing the right service categories, setting the right budget, and collecting data on how your leads perform. LeadsNearby shows a Google Premier Partner badge and lists integrations with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, ServiceTrade, LaunchSMS, and Nearby Now. That last one matters if you already use Nearby Now for tech check-ins and reviews. Named clients on its LSA page include Bow Tie Plumbing and Benson's Heating and Air Conditioning. Pricing isn't published. Best fit: an HVAC or plumbing company already running its shop on ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro that wants LSA wired into the software the office uses every day.
How to choose an LSA agency
Most LSA accounts don't lose money on the bid. They lose it on missed calls, job types nobody switched off, and leads nobody checked. Ask these questions before you sign with anyone on this list, including us.
Ask to see a lead-level report
You want every lead listed with what you were charged, whether Google credited it back, and whether it turned into a booked job. Google now reassesses charged leads and credits a lot of the bad ones on its own, usually within 30 days. An agency that can't show you which leads got credited isn't really watching your account.
Ask who reviews the leads and how often
Google still takes feedback on individual leads through the "Rate this lead" survey in your lead inbox. Somebody should be listening to calls and rating leads every week. Get a name, not a department.
Ask how they track answer rate
Google's own help page says missed calls can hurt your responsiveness, and that average response time counts toward profile quality. A good agency tracks your answer rate and tells you when the office is costing you position. The better ones help you fix it with call routing, messaging, or after-hours coverage.
Check the job types and service area
Every job type left switched on is a job type you'll pay for. Ask how the agency decides which ones to turn off and how tight it draws your service area.
Make sure you own the account
The LSA account should sit under your business with your login. The agency gets access. If you ever part ways, your reviews and your history stay with you.
Compare the fee against what's in it
Most agencies on this list don't publish a standalone LSA price. DG Agency's is $5,000 a month for a retainer that covers LSA plus Google Business Profile, reviews, and speed-to-lead. Ask what's actually included, confirm ad spend is billed separately, and get the contract length in writing.
Match the agency to your size
A $1.5M roofer and a 12-location HVAC brand need different things. Big agencies bring software and a deep bench. Small ones bring direct access to the person doing the work. Know which one you need before the sales call.
Do you need an LSA agency at all?
Maybe not. If you're under about $500K a year, you or your office answer nearly every call, and someone has 30 minutes a week to rate leads and check job types, you can run LSA yourself. Hook's free LSA course and Google's Local Services help center cover the basics. An agency starts paying for itself once LSA spend is big enough that bad leads, missed calls, and loose settings cost you more each month than the fee.
If you're past that point and want a second set of eyes on your account, the free 5-minute Marketing Scorecard is a good place to start. You can also read our complete LSA guide or see how we run Google Local Services Ads for contractors.
