The best home services marketing agency is the one built for your trade, your size and how you want to pay. DG Agency fits $1M+ contractors who want Google LSA, the map and reviews run by the founder. Hook, RYNO and Scorpion fit bigger companies. iMarket Solutions and LeadsNearby fit HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops. Outdooit and Footbridge publish prices.

Full disclosure. I'm Daniel Gonzalez, I run DG Agency, and DG is on this list. Here's the rule I wrote it under. Every fact about another contractor marketing agency comes from that agency's own website, checked on October 19, 2026. If a price isn't published, the table says so. And I'll be plain about where DG is the wrong pick.

DG Agency

DG Agency is a small contractor marketing agency in Canyon Lake, California, founded in 2020. We work remotely with home service contractors nationwide doing $1M or more a year. I'm on every account myself. The work is Google Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile, Yelp and reviews, the places homeowners look when something breaks.

Here's what that looked like across trades in 2026. Legacy Plumbing Group in Oak Harbor, Washington went from 15 LSA leads in May to 53, 64 and 49 in July, August and September, with cost per lead near $76. TMC Roofing in Riverside County went from 63 to 136 booked LSA jobs from August to September, while cost per booked job held at about $160. Kinetic Electric in Rancho Cucamonga booked a $23,000 commercial job from one LSA call. First Choice Flooring in Murrieta got 34 LSA leads in its first 13 days live. Across five contractor accounts running LSA in September 2026, we managed 274 charged leads, and 152 were marked booked. More on the case studies page.

Retainers start at $5,000 a month, month-to-month, and ad spend goes straight to the platforms. If there's no measurable result in 90 days, the retainer gets refunded. See the pricing page.

Where DG is the wrong pick. We're small. There's no in-house video crew, and a new website is a separate project. If you want a big bench of specialists or a custom software platform, pick a larger firm. If you're under $1M a year, the $5,000 floor is too much. Best fit: a $1M+ owner who wants to text the person running the account.

Hook Agency

Hook Agency is a Minneapolis firm led by owner and CEO Tim Brown. Its homepage says, "We partner with the best in roofing, HVAC, plumbing and home services," and that its services fit businesses generating $3M to $15M in revenue. Services include SEO, Google Ads, websites, LSA and Google Maps SEO.

Hook publishes local SEO from $2,800 a month and PPC from $2,000 a month. Its trade pages mark under $1M as not a fit. Best fit: a $3M+ contractor that wants SEO, ads and a website from one well-known brand.

RYNO Strategic Solutions (formerly Blue Corona)

Blue Corona merged into RYNO Strategic Solutions effective October 1, 2024, and the two run under the RYNO name. RYNO says it partners with residential contractors in the United States and Canada, from HVAC and plumbing to roofing and electrical. Its RYNOtrax reporting connects to ServiceTitan and more than 30 marketing platforms, and it sells CSR coaching for the office team.

Pricing isn't published. Its plumbing page says clients typically invest $5,000 or more. Best fit: a larger ServiceTitan contractor that wants marketing and phone coaching from one team.

Scorpion

Scorpion is a large marketing technology company in Lehi, Utah. Its home services page lists electrical, HVAC, pest control, plumbing, landscaping and roofing. Scorpion calls itself "Google's largest LSA provider" and says it has driven "$3B+ in attributed revenue" for clients. Those are its own claims.

Pricing isn't published. Scorpion says its marketing technology typically requires a 12-month contract, while Google Ads, LSA and Meta are typically month-to-month. Best fit: a multi-location or franchise brand that wants one big platform.

iMarket Solutions

iMarket Solutions is in Burlington, Vermont. Its homepage says, "Marketing expertise for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractors," and, "We've helped 300+ Home Service businesses grow their leads and profits." It also lists five years on the Inc. 5000.

No prices are published. Best fit: an HVAC, plumbing or electrical company that wants an agency built around those three trades.

LeadsNearby

LeadsNearby is in Cary, North Carolina, and markets itself to HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors. Services include local SEO, Google Business Profile, websites, PPC, LSA and reputation work. Its strength is software, with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and ServiceTrade integrations listed.

Pricing isn't published. Best fit: a trade company that wants marketing tied into the dispatch software it already runs.

Rival Digital

Rival Digital's core trades are HVAC, plumbing, electrical and garage doors, with roofing, pest control, irrigation and restoration also listed. Services include websites, SEO, AI search, LSA management, PPC and digital PR. Its forms mark under $1M in revenue as not a fit.

No prices or location are published. Best fit: a $1M+ trade company that wants PR and content alongside ads.

Clicks Geek

Clicks Geek is a Pennsylvania agency that says it has "built dedicated strategies for 298 local service industries." It leads with Google Ads, Meta, SEO and websites. Two lines on its homepage are worth repeating: "No long-term lock-in" and "Ad campaigns and data live in accounts you own."

Prices aren't published. Best fit: a contractor who wants paid ads to carry the load and doesn't need LSA-first help.

Outdooit

Outdooit is in Ladera Ranch, California. It works only with HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping and pest control companies. Its pricing page lists Starter at $2,600, Growth at $5,500, Dominator at $7,750 and Enterprise at $11,000 and up. Ad spend goes to Google with no markup.

One thing to check. Its trade pages say "Month-to-month," and its pricing page says marketing services have a "6-month initial term, then month-to-month." Ask which applies to you. Best fit: a mid-size contractor in Southern California that wants published tiers.

Footbridge Media

Footbridge Media is in Pensacola, Florida. It charges $249 a month for a website, local SEO, Google Business Profile work, reviews, a CRM and a dedicated consultant, with no contract and a 90-day money-back guarantee. Its homepage says it's trusted by over 2,000 contractors.

Best fit: a contractor under $1M that needs a real website and the basics at a low price.

How to choose a contractor marketing agency

Most home service calls start on Google. The right agency works where your customers look and proves it in booked jobs. Ask these before you sign anything, including with us.

Does it work in your trade?

An HVAC shop's slow season looks nothing like a roofer's storm season. Ask for work in your trade, and look at how the agency's own site talks about it. Our trade pages for roofing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical show how we split it.

How does it run Local Services Ads?

For most trades, LSA is the fastest channel you own. Google says missed calls may hurt your ranking and average response time counts toward profile quality. Ask who reviews leads each week and who watches your answer rate. Here's how we run Google Local Services Ads.

Can it show booked jobs?

Leads are not revenue. Ask for a report that goes from spend to calls to booked jobs.

Do you own everything?

Your Google Business Profile, LSA account, ad accounts and website should sit in your name.

What's the term?

This list runs from month-to-month to a typical 12 months. Read the exit terms before the first invoice.

Do you need an agency at all?

Not always. If you're under about $500K, answer your own phone, and can spend an hour a week on reviews and your Google profile, you can cover the basics yourself or with a low-cost option. An agency earns its fee once bad leads, missed calls and loose settings cost you more than the retainer.

We also have local pages for contractors in our metro markets, including Phoenix, Dallas-Fort Worth and Tampa Bay. For trade-specific lists, see the best HVAC, plumbing and roofing agencies. Or book a 30-minute call and I'll tell you straight whether DG fits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions on this topic.

It gets your phone ringing with homeowners who need your trade. For most contractors that means Google Local Services Ads, the Google Maps listing, reviews, a website that turns visits into calls, and sometimes paid search or Meta ads. A good one reports booked jobs, not just clicks and leads, so you can see what pays.
