The best plumbing marketing agency depends on your size and how you want to pay. DG Agency fits $1M+ plumbers who want Google Local Services Ads, the map and reviews run by the founder. Hook and Rival Digital fit growth-mode shops. Scorpion and RYNO fit bigger brands. Outdooit, Sequoia GEO and Footbridge Media publish their prices.

Full disclosure first. I'm Daniel Gonzalez, I run DG Agency, and DG is on this list. So here's the rule I wrote it under. Every fact about another plumbing marketing agency comes from that agency's own website, checked on October 19, 2026. If an agency doesn't publish a price, the table says "Not published." I don't guess. And I'll tell you where DG is the wrong pick.

DG Agency

DG Agency is a small shop in Canyon Lake, California, founded in 2020. We work remotely with home service contractors nationwide doing $1M or more a year, and plumbing is a big part of the roster. I'm on every account myself. The work is Google Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile, Yelp and reviews. That's where a homeowner looks when the water heater dies or the main line backs up.

Here's the proof I can put my name on. Legacy Plumbing Group in Oak Harbor, Washington had 15 LSA leads in May 2026, before we started. In July, August and September it had 53, 64 and 49. Cost per lead held near $76 while volume more than tripled. Spend went up too, so this isn't a same-budget story. Over the same stretch, the share of their map grid where they show in Google's top 3 went from 20% to 39%. Their team connected on 66% of LSA calls in August and 83% in September. More on the case studies page.

Retainers start at $5,000 a month, month-to-month, and ad spend goes straight to the platforms. If there's no measurable result in 90 days, the retainer gets refunded. Details are on the pricing page.

Where DG is the wrong pick. We're a small team. There's no video crew or website team inside the retainer, and a new site is a separate project. If you're under $1M a year, a $5,000 floor is too much. Look at Footbridge or Outdooit first. Best fit: a $1M+ plumbing owner who wants to text the person running the account. See our plumbing marketing agency page for how we work.

Hook Agency

Hook Agency is a Minneapolis contractor marketing agency led by owner and CEO Tim Brown. The plumbing page lists SEO, Google Ads, website design, LSA and Google Maps SEO. It says Hook is usually the best fit for growth-mode contractors over $2M "because of the significant investment required," and its form marks under $1M as not a fit.

Hook publishes more pricing than most. Local SEO starts at $2,800 a month and PPC at $2,000 a month. Its plumbing case studies include Speedy Water Heaters, billed as "158 Leads in a Tough California Market." Best fit: a $2M+ plumber who wants SEO, ads and a new site from one well-known brand.

RYNO Strategic Solutions (formerly Blue Corona)

If you've been looking at Blue Corona, it merged with RYNO Strategic Solutions effective October 1, 2024, and runs under the RYNO name. The plumbing page covers websites, paid media, LSA, SEO, AI search, email, video, direct mail, call intelligence, RYNOtrax reporting and CSR coaching.

RYNO doesn't publish prices. Its plumbing page says, "our clients typically invest $5,000 or more into their agency partnership." It also says that if you're unhappy after launch, "you can take it all with you." Best fit: a larger plumbing shop that wants marketing and phone-team coaching from one big team.

Scorpion

Scorpion is a large marketing technology company in Lehi, Utah. The plumbing page names AllStar Plumbing with a 32x return on total investment, EZ Flow Plumbing with a 64% increase in monthly revenue, and Molberg Plumbing with a 49% increase in revenue. Scorpion Connect is an AI rep that answers questions and books appointments around the clock.

Pricing isn't published. Scorpion says it typically requires a 12-month contract for its marketing technology, while Google Ads, LSA and Meta are typically month-to-month. Best fit: a multi-location or franchise plumbing brand that wants one big platform and can live with a year-long term.

LeadsNearby

LeadsNearby is based in Cary, North Carolina. Its plumber page covers Google Business Profile, LSA, websites, local SEO, paid ads and reputation management. The draw is software. It lists ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and ServiceTrade integrations, and plumbing clients shown on the page include Bow Tie Plumbing and John The Plumber.

Pricing and contract terms aren't published. Best fit: a plumber who runs on ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro and wants marketing wired into the office software.

Rival Digital

Rival Digital's plumbing page covers PPC, local SEO, Google Business Profile, websites, social ads, content and email. The main menu adds LSA management, AI search and digital PR. Its form marks under $1M in revenue as "not a fit currently."

No prices or plumbing results are published. Best fit: a $1M+ plumbing company that wants a trade-focused team with PR and content under one roof.

Real Time Marketing

Real Time Marketing is in Bradenton, Florida, and says it has been at it since 2016. For plumbers it lists websites, SEO, Google Business Profile, social, PPC and LSA. The plumber page says "No long-term contracts."

Its LSA case study is one of the few that shows real numbers. Speedy Rooter Plumbing spent $33,464 in 2025 and got 1,342 calls at $28.90 per lead, according to Real Time Marketing. Pricing isn't published. Best fit: a plumber who wants LSA run by a team that also works on how calls get answered.

Sequoia GEO

Sequoia GEO is based in Sanger, California, and works nationwide. Its plumbing SEO page covers the Google map, service pages, technical SEO, reviews and call tracking, with Google Ads, LSA and AI search as related services.

Sequoia publishes its price. "Marketing execution starts at $4,500 a month with an initial term of three months, then continue month to month." It also says ad spend is separate and stays yours. Best fit: a plumbing owner who wants SEO and AI search to lead.

Outdooit

Outdooit is an Orange County agency in Ladera Ranch, California. It works only with HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping and pest control companies. The plumbing page lists SEO, Google Ads, Google Maps SEO, LSA, AI SEO and websites, and says plans start at $2,600 a month with no revenue minimums.

Its pricing page lists Starter at $2,600, Growth at $5,500, Dominator at $7,750 and Enterprise at $11,000 and up. One thing to ask about. The plumbing page says "Month-to-month," and the pricing page says marketing services have a "6-month initial term, then month-to-month." Get the term in writing. Best fit: a plumber who wants published prices from a Southern California shop.

Plumbing Webmasters

Plumbing Webmasters is in Fort Worth, Texas, founded by Nolen Walker. The site says it has helped local plumbing companies for more than 16 years. It's SEO-first, with websites, local SEO, content and reputation work.

Pricing starts with "$99 to Start! Call for Details," then a monthly rate the site doesn't publish. Best fit: a plumber who mainly wants to rank in organic search and doesn't need LSA run day to day.

Footbridge Media

Footbridge Media is in Pensacola, Florida. Its plumber program is $249 a month with "No Contracts. No Setup Fees." That covers a custom website, local SEO, Google Business Profile work, review management, a CRM and online scheduling, plus a dedicated consultant. It comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee.

You won't get a strategist rebuilding your campaigns every week at that price. You will get a solid base for very little money. Best fit: a plumbing shop under $1M that needs a real website and the basics.

How to choose a plumbing marketing agency

Plumbing calls are urgent, and Google treats them that way. Its LSA requirements page calls plumbing "an urgent category" and says plumbers go through an extra level of screening, including background checks on service professionals. Ask these questions before you sign anything, including with us.

Ask how they handle Local Services Ads

LSA is often the fastest channel for plumbers. Ask who reviews the leads each week, how they pick job types, and how they track what Google credits back. Our Google Local Services Ads page shows how we do it.

Ask about your answer rate

Google says missed calls may hurt your LSA ranking, and average response time counts toward profile quality. An agency that never asks about your phones is only doing half the job.

Ask to see booked jobs, not just leads

You want to know what you paid, how many calls came in, and how many became booked jobs. If the agency can't get you to that number, you're paying for a dashboard.

Make sure you own everything

Your Google Business Profile, LSA account, ad accounts and website should be in your name. RYNO, Sequoia and Footbridge all say something like this on their own sites. Expect it from anyone.

Get the term in writing

Terms on this list run from month-to-month to a typical 12 months. Know which one you're signing.

Do you need a plumbing marketing agency at all?

Maybe not yet. If you're under about $500K, you answer your own phone, and you can spend an hour a week on reviews and your Google Business Profile, you can cover the basics yourself or with a low-cost option. An agency pays for itself once bad leads, missed calls and loose settings cost you more each month than the fee.

If you're in a big metro, we have local plumbing pages for Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Phoenix, Dallas-Fort Worth and Tampa Bay. If LSA is your main channel, read our comparison of LSA management agencies. Or book a 30-minute call and I'll tell you straight whether DG or someone else here fits better.
