The best HVAC marketing agency depends on your size, your software, and your slow season. DG Agency fits $1M+ HVAC companies that want Google Local Services Ads, Google Maps, Yelp, and reviews run by the founder. Hook Agency, RYNO, and Scorpion fit bigger shops. LeadsNearby fits ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro shops. Footbridge Media fits a small budget.

Rival Digital, Sequoia GEO, and Outdooit are trade-focused options with very different price points.

Full disclosure first. I'm Daniel Gonzalez, I run DG Agency, and DG is on this list. Here's the rule I wrote it under. Every fact about another HVAC marketing firm comes from that firm's own website or a press release, checked on October 14, 2026. If an agency doesn't publish a price, the table says "Not published" instead of me guessing. And I'll say plainly where DG is the wrong pick.

DG Agency

DG Agency is a small shop in Canyon Lake, California, founded in 2020. We work remotely with home service contractors nationwide doing $1M or more a year and have worked with HVAC companies before. I'm on every account myself. The work is Google Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile, local SEO, Yelp, and reviews. Those are the places a homeowner looks when the AC dies in July or the furnace quits on a cold night, and they're where marketing for HVAC companies pays off fastest.

I'll be straight about proof. The two results I can publish come from a roofer and a plumber, not an HVAC shop. TMC Roofing in Riverside County went from 63 to 136 booked LSA jobs in a month while cost per booked job held at about $160, from August to September 2026. A Washington plumbing company went from 15 to 49-64 LSA leads a month. The same LSA, Maps, and reviews work is what we run for HVAC. More on our case studies page.

Retainers start at $5,000 a month, month-to-month, and ad spend goes straight to the platforms. If there's no measurable result in 90 days, the retainer gets refunded. Details are on the pricing page.

Here's where DG is the wrong pick. We're a small team. There's no in-house video crew or website team bundled into the retainer, and a new site is a separate project. If you want a big bench of specialists, CSR coaching, or a custom software dashboard, a larger HVAC marketing agency fits better. And if you're under $1M a year, a $5,000 floor is too much. Look at Footbridge or Outdooit first. Best fit: a $1M+ HVAC owner who wants to text the person running the account. See our HVAC marketing agency page for how we work.

Hook Agency

Hook Agency is a Minneapolis contractor marketing agency led by owner and CEO Tim Brown. Its about page describes a 30-plus person team and an Inc. 5000 ranking of #1959. The HVAC page lists websites, SEO, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile and Maps work, local link building, and monthly reporting.

Hook's pricing page lists local SEO from $2,800 a month, pay-per-click from $2,000 a month, Meta ads from $3,000 a month, and websites at $12,000 or $24,000 split over 12 months. It also says you own your website and your ad account. The HVAC page names case studies for Genz-Ryan, with 743 qualified leads, and Pro Shine, where a website rebuild took leads from weekly to daily.

The HVAC page says Hook is usually the best fit for growth-mode contractors over $3M, and its form marks under $1M as not a fit. Best fit: a $3M+ HVAC company that wants SEO, ads, and a new site from one well-known brand.

RYNO Strategic Solutions (formerly Blue Corona)

Blue Corona merged with RYNO Strategic Solutions effective October 1, 2024, and the combined company runs under the RYNO name. The merger was announced from Phoenix, and RYNO is owned by EverService Holdings, a Sunstone Partners portfolio company.

HVAC is home turf here. RYNO's HVAC page says it has built and launched more than 1,000 HVAC websites, calls itself a Google Partner and ServiceTitan Gold Partner, and cites nearly two decades of work with heating and cooling companies. Services include websites, paid media with LSA, SEO, email, video, call intelligence, and TRAXION, a CSR coaching program built to turn more calls into booked jobs. RYNOtrax reporting connects to ServiceTitan and more than 30 marketing platforms. The HVAC page is refreshingly direct about one thing. RYNO does not guarantee digital marketing results. Pricing isn't published. Best fit: a larger ServiceTitan shop that wants marketing and CSR training from one team.

Scorpion

Scorpion is a large marketing technology company headquartered in Lehi, Utah. Its HVAC offering is called RevenueMAX, and it adds an AI customer service rep called Scorpion Connect that answers questions and books appointments. The HVAC page names ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing with 2x revenue growth and Hembree Heating & Air Conditioning with a $4M revenue increase. Its home services page calls Scorpion Google's largest LSA provider.

Pricing isn't published. Scorpion's FAQ says its marketing technology and services like SEO typically need a 12-month contract, while Google Ads, LSA, and Meta are typically month-to-month. Best fit: a multi-location or franchise HVAC brand that wants one big platform and can live with a year-long term.

LeadsNearby

LeadsNearby is based in Cary, North Carolina, and markets itself to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. Services include local SEO, Google Business Profile management, websites, reputation management, pay-per-click, Local Services Ads, and email. The real draw is software. LeadsNearby lists integrations with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, ServiceTrade, LaunchSMS, and Nearby Now, and its homepage shows a Google Partner badge.

Named HVAC clients on the homepage include Benson's Heating & Air Conditioning and Air Bros Air Conditioning & Electrical. Pricing and contract terms aren't published. Best fit: an HVAC company that runs on ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro and wants marketing wired into the software the office already uses.

Rival Digital

Rival Digital was founded by Eric Thomas, who wrote The HOME Advantage and hosts The Smart HVAC Marketing Podcast, a weekly show. Its main trades are HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and garage doors, with roofing, pest control, irrigation, and restoration also listed. Services include websites, AI search, SEO, LSA management, pay-per-click, ChatGPT ads, digital PR, social, and email.

The contact form marks under $1M in revenue as not a fit right now, and the site says the team is entirely US-based. Pricing, location, and contract terms aren't published. Best fit: a $1M+ HVAC company that wants a trade-focused team with PR and content under one roof.

Sequoia GEO

Sequoia GEO is based in Sanger, California, and works nationwide. Founder Aaron Husak spent 13 years as an owner and operator of Balanced Comfort Heating & Air in Fresno, which his about page describes as one of the Central Valley's largest residential HVAC companies, with more than 130 employees at peak and four straight Inc. 5000 appearances from 2021 to 2024. He started Sequoia in October 2025.

The services lean into SEO and AI search, with LSA management, paid media, and websites alongside. Sequoia publishes real prices. Search Foundation starts at $4,500 a month with a 90-day initial term, then month-to-month. Bigger plans start at $7,000 and $9,500 with longer initial terms. The site also says you keep ownership of your accounts. Best fit: an HVAC owner who wants an agency run by someone who has sat in the owner's chair.

Outdooit

Outdooit is an Orange County agency in Ladera Ranch, California, led by founder Dennis Korol. It works only with HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, and pest control companies. Core services are local SEO, Google Ads, AI SEO, and websites, and LSA management is included in the Google Ads package.

The HVAC page publishes three tiers. Starter is $2,600 a month, Growth is $5,500, and Large runs $7,750 to $11,000 and up. There are no setup fees or revenue minimums, everything is month-to-month, and ad spend goes straight to Google without a markup. Best fit: an HVAC shop that wants published prices, no contract, and a smaller agency based in Southern California.

Footbridge Media

Footbridge Media is in Pensacola, Florida, and has marketed contractors since 2004. Its HVAC program is $249 a month with no build fees, no setup charges, and no contract. That covers a custom HVAC website, SEO, Google Business Profile management, automated review requests, a CRM, online booking, and a dedicated marketing consultant. Footbridge offers a 90-day money-back guarantee and says it'll help you take your site with you if you leave.

You won't get a strategist rebuilding your campaigns every week at that price. You will get a solid foundation for very little money. Best fit: an HVAC shop under $1M that needs a real website and the basics covered.

How to choose an HVAC marketing firm

HVAC demand swings hard with the weather. The right firm plans for that and proves its work in booked calls, not traffic. Ask these questions before you sign, including with us.

Ask how they handle the shoulder seasons

Spring and fall are when phones go quiet. Ask what the agency changes in those months, whether it's budget, job types, maintenance plan pushes, or something else. A vague answer is a red flag.

Ask to see booked jobs, not just leads

You want a report with what you paid, how many calls came in, and how many turned into booked installs and repairs. If the agency can't tie its work to booked jobs, you're paying for a dashboard.

Ask about the phone side

Google says missed calls can hurt your Local Services Ads ranking, and average response time counts toward profile quality. Ask whether the agency tracks your answer rate. Some, like RYNO, sell CSR coaching outright.

Make sure you own everything

Your Google Business Profile, LSA account, ad accounts, and website should be in your name. Hook, Sequoia, and Footbridge all say this on their own sites. Expect it from anyone.

Get the term in writing

Terms here run from month-to-month to a typical 12 months. Know which one you're signing before the first invoice lands.

Match the agency to your software and size

If your office lives in ServiceTitan, ask how the agency connects to it. A 6-truck shop and a 12-location brand need different help, so know which one you are before the sales call.

Do you need an HVAC marketing agency at all?

Maybe not yet. If you're under about $500K, you answer your own phone, and you can spend an hour a week on reviews and your Google Business Profile, you can cover the basics yourself or with a low-cost option. An agency pays for itself once your ad spend is big enough that bad leads, missed calls, and loose settings cost more each month than the fee.

If LSA is your main channel, read our comparison of LSA management agencies. To see what a $5,000 retainer covers, check the pricing page. Or book a 30-minute call and I'll tell you straight whether DG or someone else here is the better fit.
