Biz-E-Bee Plumbing & Rooter: a $35,000 commercial sewer job in the first 15 days

Biz-E-Bee Plumbing & Rooter is a new plumbing and rooter company serving Riverside and San Bernardino counties. DG Agency built its website, then a brand-new Google Business Profile as a service-area business, with on-page SEO, keyword-targeted posts and AI search work. In the first 15 days of that work, it landed a $35,000 commercial sewer job in its local area.

Where they started

Biz-E-Bee was a brand-new company when we started in July 2026.

  • A new corporation. Its California contractor license was issued July 24, 2026.
  • Jobs came from referrals, repeat customers and past clients.
  • No Google Ads, no social media accounts.

What we did, in order

  1. July 10, 2026

Started the website from scratch in Next.js: home page, service pages, service area and city pages, a booking page and a lead form.

Why: A new company needs a site that can rank and take a lead from day one.

  2. July 11, 2026

Wrote search content for every service and city page, with FAQ, service and breadcrumb schema across all 17 pages.

Why: Each page targets one service or one town instead of all of them at once.

  3. July 15, 2026

Wired the lead form to a database with an instant lead alert, and set bizebeeplumbing.com as the main domain.

Why: Every form lead gets saved and someone hears about it right away.

  4. July 27, 2026

Checked the contractor license on the state's license lookup and published it on the site: General Building (B) and Plumbing (C-36). Removed a license class the state record didn't show.

Why: Only publish license details the state record backs up.

  5. August 12, 2026

Checked the 30 highest-volume keywords from the keyword sheet against the actual page copy. Only 18 appeared anywhere on the site. Rewrote the copy until 29 did.

Why: A page about tankless water heaters had 1,202 words and none of the four phrases people actually search for it.

  6. August 12, 2026

Added city pages for more towns in the service area, built from primary-source research.

Why: Each town page carries facts about that town, checked against primary sources.

  7. August 27 to 28, 2026

Rolled the conversion layout out to all 17 city pages, the 13 city and service pages and the 18 service pages.

Why: Same layout on every page: the offer, the form near the top, reviews higher up.

  8. By October 2, 2026

Built a brand-new Google Business Profile from scratch and set it up as a service-area business with a hidden address, covering Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Google approved it on October 2.

Why: A plumber who works at the customer's address shows the area served, not a street address.

  9. October 2, 2026

Converted the website to a service-area business: removed the street address and linked the new Google profile.

Why: The site and the profile have to say the same thing.

  10. October 2026

Optimized the new profile with on-page SEO and keyword-targeted Google posts, and optimized for AI search (AEO).

Why: A new profile has to earn its rankings, and more homeowners now ask AI assistants for a plumber.

Results

The result here is one job, and it's a big one for a company this new.

  • In the first 15 days of the Google Business Profile and search work, Biz-E-Bee landed a $35,000 commercial sewer job in its local area.
  • The site went from 18 to 29 of the top 30 keywords in its copy, covering 21,650 of the 21,790 monthly searches those 30 keywords carry.

What took longer or didn't work

  • A brand-new Google profile starts with no reviews. Most Local Services Ads categories need 5 Google reviews before ads serve, so building reviews is the path to LSA.
  • The first pass at the site had pages for nearly every service, and still missed 12 of the top 30 keywords. It took a line-by-line check against the keyword sheet to find that.
