Kinetic Electric: $33,265 in jobs from Google and Yelp leads in one month
Kinetic Electric is a residential and commercial electrical contractor in Rancho Cucamonga, California. DG Agency matched every Google Local Services Ads and Yelp lead to the job it became in Kinetic's own CRM. In September 2026 those leads became 8 invoiced jobs worth $33,265, including a $23,000 commercial job from one LSA call.

Where they started
Kinetic already had Local Services Ads running when we started. What it didn't have was a way to see which leads paid.
- 10 Google reviews at 4.6 stars in July 2026.
- No report tied a lead to the job it became, so LSA and Yelp leads looked the same as every other call.
- LSA verification for the account ran through Google's identity check, which waits on an email to the client's inbox.
What we did, in order
July 23, 2026
Signed a 90-day agreement with a results-or-refund clause.
Why: If there are no measurable results in 90 days, the agency fee for the period is refunded.
July 27, 2026
Onboarding call with the Kinetic team. Agreed the house rules: real job photos only, no stock or AI images, review requests on site before the crew leaves, and the AI answering agent for after hours only.
Why: Review asks drop off hard once the truck is gone, and fake photos hurt more than they help.
July 27, 2026
Raised the Yelp budget slightly using free credits Yelp had already issued, and set up a split test on Yelp replies: one quotes a price range up front, the other pushes for an in-person estimate.
Why: More Yelp reach at no added cost to the client. The test is scored on close rate and collected revenue, not lead count.
July 30, 2026
In-person strategy meeting at their Rancho Cucamonga office. Dropped off Google review cards.
Why: So the crew can hand the customer a card and ask for a review at the job.
July to September 2026
Matched each month's Field Pulse job export to LSA and Yelp leads by phone number.
Why: That is the only way to report invoiced revenue by lead source instead of lead counts.
October 1, 2026
Delivered the September report and a lead tracker with every LSA lead and every July to September job.
Why: The owners see jobs and dollars by source, side by side.
October 7, 2026
Wrote a new Business Profile description, 16 service descriptions and 9 product listings, queued for the owners to approve.
Why: The old service descriptions were one template with the same keywords swapped in.

What took longer or didn't work
- LSA calls stopped after September 14. The ads kept showing, about 600 times, and were opened more than 40 times, but no calls or messages came through. Finding the break was the first job for October.
- Answered LSA calls fell from 90% in August to 70% in September, 7 of 10.
- Website clicks fell from 20 to 16 even as search appearances rose. Many of the new appearances were low on the page.
- 4 of September's 27 jobs had no lead source in the CRM, including a $23,890 estimate, so they can't be credited to any channel.
- Real job photos for the profile hadn't arrived by October 1.
